Shipping

All orders placed by 5pm ET / 2pm PT will ship the same day Monday- Saturday. We do not ship on federal holidays.

Standard shipping service is provided by USPS. Expedited services, or delivery via UPS, can be provided for an additional fee that will be calculated at the time of checkout.

Transit times will vary depending on your location relative to our location in Las Vegas, NV, and the service you select for shipment. Generally, most orders shipped via standard USPS service will be delivered in 2-5 days.

At this time, we are only able to ship to addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally.

Returns

We absolutely want you to love the items you purchase! If you don't, we will accept your return.

To request a return, please email us at support@juelbox.com.

You may return any purchased item within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full product refund. The returned product should be unworn, in its original packaging, and the security tag must be intact.

Depending on where you live, it will generally take 3-5 days for your return to reach us after shipment. Upon receipt and approved inspection, your refund will be issued. It may take up to 7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
